Rates are establish using the Carriers charges and a handling charge. Shipping service level will determine the price.

For your convenience, we are able to accept a different shipping address than your billing address to ensure that the shipment is signed for. A phone call will be made to verify the order if the shipping address is different from the billing address. Each order will be shipped same day providing that the unit is in stock and the order is received by 1pm Eastern Time. All orders received after 2pm (Eastern) will be shipped the following business day.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:

International Shipping:
We are capable of shipping international shipments US Express International Mail, UPS international, or Fed Ex International. We will email you with the cost of shipping before we ship the product. The easiest way to determine the cost of shipping, is to Email us in advance at info@hess-trucks.com All duty and taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the product. All orders are billed in US Dollars.

When will my Shipment Arrive
Your order will arrvie based on the selected shipping service when your order was placed and providing that the items requested were in stock.
